A European customer complained about the packing puffs that Ron uses, because she incorrectly assumed that they were not environmentally friendly. I asked Ron about it, and this is his answer, I'm putting it here so we can use it if the question is ever asked again:
We are very aware of our environment and in Holland it is not allowed to sell or use environment unfriendly products.
The product we use is made of:
* 100 % recycled polystyrene,
* is re-usable and can be recycled again
* is cleaner and lighter than paper and the filling materials based on starch
